The Paper Shelter Celebration Blog Hop

Good Evening fellow crafters and welcome to The Paper Shelter Blog Hop and this is in celebration of their reaching their 8th Birthday on December 8th. It will be a two week Challenge and both Design Teams are taking part.

The Hop is our way of inviting you to join in with us and this one is a  "BIRTHDAY/ CELEBRATIONS" theme, which I know is extremely popular!!!! If you have landed here from(previous person's blog) then you're heading in the right direction - if not then you'll want to head on back to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog to start again, as you'll not want to miss out on this one! Our Design Teams have worked very hard and are showcasing the gorgeous images available from The Paper Shelter Website and each blog on the hop is offering one lucky commenter a digi of their choice as well as the main prize, details of which are on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot.

Hopefully you have arrived here from Danny's Blog
If not or you need to head there now :)

Or if you had no idea that there was even a blog hop head back to the Paper Shelter Challenge Blog

And here is my card for the Celebration Blog hop...

I love Christmas and it really is a big celebration for our family and our extended family.
So I decided to share my love of all things Christmas, including tangled lights, with this card.
I used What A Mess with the picture coloured in copics and the background coloured with watercolour pens and paint

I am completely stoked with how it came out and more excited as it means my poor bg11 marker will get a break from doing backgrounds now.

I also added glossy accents to all the little lights and the baubles on the tree just to add a bit of interest to the image and make it more three dimensional.

From here you will need to hop on over to Susie's Blog.
Don't forget to leave your comment for a chance of winning your choice of one of the fab digis available in store.
Hop! Hop! Hop!

Good luck and hope you're enjoying it so far.
Lou
