Project Life for The Stamp Spot

I'm here today with a project life share for The Stamp Spot.  As you can see from my pages I use lots of bits and pieces on my Project Life pages along with real kits :)  I love to use washi on my journal cards and photo backgrounds to add some colour......

I tend to use a mix of washi designs in co-coordinating colours and patterns along with stamps, thickers and patterned paper off cuts.  I also use a lot of stickers from sticker sheets from companies such as Echo Park  as seen on the above spread.

Two Layouts to Share.....

I have been asked to join the team at Creative Craft Cottage and so far I have made 2 layouts, one was for the previous challenge which was Mothers Day and the second was for the current challenge which is Autumn. Both the pages have pretty much the same layout style.  I find this really quick and easy to add my papers and embellies.   You can still join our Autumn challenge over on the Creative Cottage Blog.

I used mostly my Studio Calico Front Row kit for this page along with some cool washi tape from Lowri at PAPERVINE, she has an awesome selection of twines, tape and embellishments.  I used a selection of printable digital elements from Studio Calico in the top corner of the photos.  I took the photos on our way back home after the boys got off the school bus one afternoon last week.

Her is my page for the Mothers Day theme challenge.....

This was made with a different SC kit but I can't remember the name of it.  This is me and #4 when he was MUCH littler than he is now and his hair was still straight :)

The Paper Shelter - Flower Power

An awesome challenge over at The Paper Shelter this week :)  FLOWER POWER.  Right up my alley.  I have used Summer Holidays which is a new image from the TPS shop.

I coloured my image with prismacolor pencils.  The papers are from MME Tangerine the sweetest thing, the flowers are a mixture of prima blooms.

With William being unwell with chicken pox and then me with a cold not much crafting getting done around here so thought I would do a quick Project Life share.  I do mine by month not week so it is a little easier for me to keep up to date on.
