A bit of a ramble

ok so are you ready for a pic.............

Yes that is my fat tummy :)  And those are three of the 6 holes from my surgery last Friday, those of you that know I went for a gall bladder removal and know anything about it may be wondering why so many holes.... well I had another thing done while I was under that was a little more serious but that one is a secret.   I know I share most things but in regards to good taste I have to keep some things private :)

So I have had my lovely hubby home looking after me, well more the kids really so I can have some peace and quiet.

I have had lots of visits in my room from this one...........
Her daddy is finding her a bit of a handful and getting quite frustrated that he spends most of his time running around after her and Will, hmmmm welcome to my world my love ;)
I have had lots of time to watch you tube crafting vids and peruse Trade Me, I actually won an awesome auction today for 25 Distress Ink Pads, and they were cheap! YAY.

I have also signed up for this..........
Stretch Your Stamps

which should be cool, it is taught by Kristina Werner & Jennifer McGuire.  I have lots of stamps I hardly use any more that I am sure I will after the class, at least I hope so.

I have also been spending Andrew's hard earned cash on digis, dies and pencils.... I am so lucky he loves me so.

So that is it from me and my little ramble, please leave me some love so I can spend some time visiting you back.

  1. Hey there rambler.

Glad to hear you're on the mend! just cause you don't have a large incision and lots of stitches, you've still had major surgery, so..... TAKE it EASY hun!

  2. Glad to hear our surgery went well and you are doing good! I think having that sweetie pie visit you in your room would speed recovery for sure! I have been taking those online classes and LOVE them. I didn't sign up for this one, may do it later as I will be away quite a few of those days visiting my parents. Can't wait to see what you do with those distress pads!

  3. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. I can sympathise with you for the pulling that is sometimes felt when the laproscopy holes (from the gall bladder removal) heal, it was a bit ouchy but no where near as ouchy as a gall stone attack lol. Congrats on your TM win :)))

  4. Are you sure they didn't jsut throw darts at you while you were under?? I guess it's good to get all things done at once, hope you are feeling alot better!! Rest well and it's good for Andrew to walk (or at least chase after kids) in your shoes for a while, makes him appreciate you even more. xx

  5. Your Jodie is such a cutie pie- get well soon but not too soon as you need to milk the sympathy from your hubby for a bit longer :)
