A Valentines for Hubbster

So I was feeling like I REALLY needed to create something this afternoon. It is too hot outside and my craft room is nice and cool :)  So with it having been Valentines Day on Friday I decided to make hubby a card....

I have used an image from A Day for Daisies called Mailing Love printed on watercolour paper and coloured with prismapencils.  The papers are My Minds Eye "Love Me" from a 6x6 pad.  The cardstock is American Crafts.

Above is a close up of the coloured image you can see I dotted around the image with liquid pearls.

The stamping was done with a stampset from Elles Studio  called Love You More which came in the February Noel Mignon scrapbook kit, I have used Stampin Up ink in Groovy Guava and Riding Hood Red.

This photo is a close up of the flowers which came from Wild Orchid Crafts in the UK, the prices are really reasonable and the shipping is very cheap internationally.  I added some Frosted Lace stickles to the flowers with a paintbrush to add some shine.

Thanks loads for dropping by today, I hope you are having a lovely weekend :)

I am entering my card in the following challenges -
A Day For Daisies - Use a big heart - I used 2 so I hope that counts
Crafts Galore Encore Challenge Blog - add a gem, glitter candy
Natalie & Amy's craft Challenge - Love is all around
Emergency Crafters - Pink or Red
ABC Challenge - F is for Flowers
